Can you duplicate a formula that I like?
No. Like most manufacturers, there is generally a non-disclosure agreement between parties with regard to formulas. We are happy to assist in creating a formula for a specific job that you require.
Do you have a formula that I can use?
We have literally dozens of formulas that can be used as-is or as a starting point.
What are your lead times?
Our manufacturing leads times for our private label program is 5 business days. For contract blending, labelling and filling, allow 7 business days. For orders of our stock products under Koala Auto Kare, we work on a maximum 72 hour turnaround.
What kind of packaging is available and what are your minimums?
Generally, you have to choose from existing “stock” components (excluding labels which are produced to suit your business and or identity). Our range is quite diverse and we can also assist in discussions with bottle and cap manufacturers with regard to stock that they produce as core lines or producing your own bottle moulds. Minimum quantities for existing bottles on hand are treated on an item by item basis, but generally the starting quantity is as low as approximately a hundred units.
How many employees do you have?
We have less than 50 full time and part time employees. We have access to additional employees through peak periods.
Can I buy product from you in bulk?
Yes, product can be shipped out in 20 litre drums, 200 litre mausers or 1000 litre IBC’s. We can also fill road tankers if required.
What is the minimum run size?
Please call and we can better answer your question as our range is quite diverse.
How big is your facility?
We operate out of a 2000 square metre purpose built facilitiy. We also have a 240 square metre mezzanine built into our warehouse.

19 Computer Road, YATALA, Queensland 4207, Australia. We are in the manufacturing and logistics hub of South Brisbane.
What are your terms?
Net 30 days, upon credit approval. Our minimum order value is $400. Regarding freight, orders between $400-$1500 incur a standard $40 excluding GST freight charge. Orders over $1500 excluding GST are FIS (Free-In-Store). These rates exclude WA, NT and TAS. For these areas, terms are negotiated per consignment.
